One Man: Jonathan Goulet former UFC fighter, named The RoadWarrior, father's of one, hard worker, the smiling depression's dark water experimenter.
One Challenge: Walking alone on a 4000 km's trail in 258 days, sleeping outside most of the time with more than more than 50 rallying points.
One Reason: Inspire people to do physical activities to prevent depression.
It's better to be safe than sorry

From February 29 to November 13, 2020.
Starting: February 29 2020 at 10 am.
The trail will be done entirely on foot, from La Concorde Bridge on Sainte-Hélène Island(near the Montreal Casino). Jonathan will be following The Great Trail. On his way to the Canadian East, he'll be sleeping mostly outside in his hammock/tent and will stop in cities and villages to talk about depression, do physical activities and train in martial arts.
Day after day, Jonathan will be walking around 8 hours to reach his strategic points. His family will be able to follow his GPS tracker. His website will contain vidéos and blogs plus he'll update his social media pages.
Every school and gym that will answer Jonathan will receive a precise schedule.
The Final will be in St.John's Newfoundland where he will be doing physical activities, a party and a gathering. The day will be on November 13.
